A lot of research teams are still using different systems for finding people to participate collecting data storing it and handling money. These separate systems make research go slower. Our client is a company that works with education technology and research technology. They wanted to make a platform where research teams can do their entire studies on the internet. The main idea was to make it easy for people to join in from anywhere handle a lot of data and charge users based on what they use while keeping things simple, for the researchers and the people taking part in the studies.
We created a research platform that can handle a lot of work. This platform helps people do studies from away it can manage a lot of data and it keeps the billing safe. The research platform made it easier for people to get work done. It also allowed research teams to do studies on the computer.
The Challenge: Fragmented Tools and Limited Scalability
Before the new platform came along research teams had a lot of problems to deal with. They had to handle things that made it hard for them to work smoothly. The research teams found it tough to get things done because of these issues. The new platform was supposed to help the research teams, with these problems.
When we do studies we need to use a lot of tools to find people to participate send out surveys store the data and look at the results. The studies required tools for recruitment, surveys, data storage and analysis of the studies.
This can be a problem because the studies have a lot of data and our current system is not able to handle it which causes a lot of performance issues with the studies.
We also have to keep track of how everything costs and how much we are using but we have to do this by hand or use a separate system for the studies.

These limitations made it take longer to get everything ready which meant the teams had to spend money to operate. This also meant the teams could not do many different types of studies or work with as many people as they wanted to. The size of the studies was also limited because of these limitations. The teams had to deal with these limitations when they were conducting studies.
