Requirements
The Gold Tier applies to any referral who signs for a total contract value of $50,000 or more. The total value can be spread across multiple contracts. The first-year incentive begins when the first contract is signed. The second-year incentive begins one year after the first contract is signed.
What You Get
The referrer will receive the percentage of the total contract value within the select timeframe. The referral (client) will receive free project mockups (up to 10 screens) created by our professional design team.
Bronze Tier

Requirements
The Bronze Tier applies to any referral who signs for a total contract value of less than $50,000. The total value can be spread across multiple contracts. The first-year incentive begins when the first contract is signed. The second-year incentive begins one year after the first contract is signed. If the total contract value exceeds $50,000 at any point during the select timeframe, the referrer will be upgraded to gold tier incentives.

Incentives for the Person/Company Being Referred:
- Upon successful referral and subsequent engagement with The Demski Group, the person or company being referred will be eligible for an exclusive incentive package.
- This package includes the provision of free project mockups created by our professional design team, encompassing a maximum of 10 screens.
- The mockups will be meticulously crafted to align with the project's requirements, showcasing the proposed visual design and user experience.
Incentives for the Referrer:
- The referrer, upon successfully referring a project to The Demski Group, will be eligible for referral incentives, subject to the following conditions.
- For projects with a total value exceeding $50,000:
- The referrer will receive a referral incentive equal to 10% of the project value during the first year following project initiation.
- During the second year, the referrer will receive a referral incentive equal to 5% of the project value.
- For projects with a total value below $50,000:
- The referrer will receive a referral incentive equal to 5% of the project value during the first year following project initiation.
- During the second year, the referrer will receive a referral incentive equal to 2.5% of the project value.
- Referral incentives will be calculated based on the final agreed-upon project value, excluding any additional fees or expenses incurred.
Eligibility and Payment of Referral Incentives:
- Referral incentives will be honored and paid to the referrer once the referred project has been successfully initiated and all contractual obligations have been met by the referred client.
- Payment of referral incentives will be made within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days after the completion of the first year of the referred project.
- Incentives will be paid electronically to the referrer's designated account or by an alternative method as agreed upon between The Demski Group and the referrer.
Limitations and Exclusions:
- Referral incentives are applicable only to new clients referred to The Demski Group who have not engaged in any previous projects or discussions with our company.
- Referral incentives cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers, unless explicitly stated by The Demski Group in writing.
